The Autumn Booster Campaign begins on 1st October 2025 and ends on 31st January 2026.  Patients can book from 1st September onwards.

The following cohorts are eligible for a booster:

• Adults aged 75 years and over
• Residents in care homes for older adults.
• Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in COVID-19: The Green Book, Chapter 14a (Tables 3 and 4).

Eligible patients can book their Autumn Booster appointment by visiting Book, change, or cancel a COVID-19 vaccination appointment online - NHS or call the National Booking Line on 119.  Please do not phone the Practice to book your appointment as we do not have access to the booking system.

Care Homes:  SDHC will contact care home directly to arrange vaccination visits.

Housebound patients: SDHC will carry out home visits.  If a patient is not at home when SDHC visits, a note will be left with instructions on next steps.
