Engage Consult is an online platform that allows you to contact the Practice via our website for Medical Advice as well as Admin Queries.

Medical Advice

At the moment this service is only for patients who have been invited to take part in a trial (throughout September) and the capacity of the service is currently limited.  As the trial progresses we plan to open up this service to all patients.  Please only request Medical Advice via Engage Consult if you have received an SMS message inviting you to do so.

Before using the service, please check our exclusion criteria for urgent conditions that require immediate attention.  1. Adult Exclusion Criteria  2. Child Exclusion Criteria 

You can use this service to seek medical advice from a clinician online.  Please only use this service if you feel your condition can be suitably assessed and discussed online.  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE TO REQUEST A FACE TO FACE OR TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT, if you wish to consult a clinician by telephone or in a face to face appointment, please call the Surgery on 01323 727531.

Please ensure you complete all questions presented to you prior to submitting the consultation, to avoid having to resubmit information to us. We require this level of detail to be able to help you safely.

Admin Queries

You can contact our admin team online to request sick notes, prescriptions, test results and other administrative queries.  This service is open to all patients, not just those invited to be part of the trial.

Please note Engage Consult is open Monday to Friday between for medical advice 06:00 - 08:30 and 08:00 - 12:00 for administrative queries.  We hope to open up these times further as the trial progresses.
