The Spring Booster Campaign begins on 1st April 2025 and ends on 17th June 2025.

The following cohorts are eligible for a booster:

• Adults aged 75 years and over (including those turning 75 by 17 June 2025).
• Residents in care homes for older adults.
• Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in COVID-19: The Green Book, Chapter 14a (Tables 3 and 4).

Eligible patients can book their Spring Booster appointment by visiting Book, change, or cancel a COVID-19 vaccination appointment online - NHS or call the National Booking Line on 119.  Please do not phone the Practice to book your appointment as we do not have access to the booking system.

Care Homes:  SDHC will contact care home directly to arrange vaccination visits.

Housebound patients: SDHC will visit between 1 April and 17 June.  If a patient is not at home when SDHC visits, a note will be left with insturctions on next steps.
