Increased demand around Easter
The weeks either side of the Easter Weekend are one of our busiest periods at the Practice with demand versus capacity gap stretched further than normal. This may result in longer wait times for appointments, your call to be answered or how quickly you are helped by our reception staff when attending the Practice. This is because we move around our resources to accommodate increased workload, ensuring we prioritise urgent tasks to ensure those most in need receive timely care.
